Former Indian international, S Sreesanth, who has hogged all the limelight lately due to his antiques on Twitter and media, came out all guns blazing against BCCI regarding their differentiation of ruling for him. The Kerala pacer previously quoted his desires to represent a different country but later retracted his statement claiming his intention to play in foreign T20 leagues.

Earlier this week, Sreesanth posted a barrage of tweets, miffed with BCCI, where the Keralite believed that he faced the brunt of injustice. The fast bowler also stated that he had very little cricket left in him and would want to utilize the remainder of his career playing cricket.

“The BCCI is talking about zero tolerance to corruption, what about the organisation itself? The SC had found them guilty! The Lodha Committee had asked for a transformation in the BCCI, even in its very constitution. But they opposed it and are still fighting against it. That shows how much the BCCI respects a court order,” commented S Sreesanth according to Indian Express.

Sreesanth unhappy with BCCI’s ruling

“But in my case, they are respecting the court order! It’s very strange. I have no idea who or what are the powers behind this new ruling against me. There were 13 names who were accused along with me. No one spoke about them and the BCCI even pleaded with the court not to mention the names, as it will malign the game of cricket,” continued the 34-year old, justifying his point of view.

In what turned out to be an interesting turn of events, the Kerala HC restored the life ban imposed on Sreesanth by BCCI due to his involvement in spot-fixing in the 2013 edition of the IPL while playing for Rajasthan Royals.

“I was also just an accused, like them. But I went to jail and my family, state and the cricket loving public across the globe suffered. I came out of it completely clean but they still keep talking about evidence, something which I had cleared point by point with the court,” concluded Sreesanth.
