With the race to the playoffs IPL 2024 heating up, three spots in the top four are still not clear. With DC's latest victory against LSG, nothing is clear at the moment with SRH and RR still having two games each to play. Talking about the same, former Indian cricketer Ambati Rayudu feels that RR can qualify in the top two and will play against KKR for a place in the finals.

On the other hand, Rayudu also believes that KKR will be scared of RR making it into the top two due to the form the latter have displayed throughout IPL 2024.

Speaking exclusively to Star Sports Cricket Live, former India cricketer Ambati Rayudu shared his thoughts on Rajasthan Royal’s chances of making it to the 2nd spot, Of course, they would love to win the next game they are playing and ideally should be winning it because the final game they play is against KKR. I don't think KKR will give them anything easy, because they will be scared about RR coming into the playoffs, especially in the top 2, given the form RR have shown in the tournament. So, I feel they have their fate in their own hands and I think they are going to pull through and qualify in the top 2 at the expense of CSK.”

Rayudu shared his thoughts on Rajasthan Royals qualification for the play-offs, “They've played well throughout the season and this is the lucky break they've got at a crucial time when they aren't performing at their best. So this will give them the confidence as they go in for their next 2 games and hopefully, they can qualify for the playoffs too.”

Former England cricketer Paul Collingwood shared his thoughts on the replacement of Jos Butler and Rajasthan Royals making it to playoffs, “Tom Kohler-Cadmore is very powerful in the first six overs, so he could be a great replacement for Jos. It's an English-to-English switch, which is good for the Rajasthan Royals. They can relax now, they've got the qualification under the belt so they can definitely relax.”

Rayudu shared his thoughts on the match-up between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Chennai Super KingsMS Dhoni has been the one who has led CSK into crunch games. So it will be interesting as to see how Ruturaj leads the team in a crunch situation, in a crunch game without MS Dhoni's support, as Ruturaj himself mentioned. I feel RCB are really strong going into that game, and it will be very interesting to watch.”
