Jos Buttler is an international cricketer, who has been a success story in the England cricket team in the limited-overs formats. He has also served as vice-captain of England in the 2019 ICC World Cup.

In IPL he played for Mumbai Indians in the year 2016 and 2017. In 2018 he was bought by Rajasthan Royals and had a good season with great performances. He struggled to bat in the middle order but when he was promoted to open the innings, he showed his class and did wonders. This even helped him to open for his nation and he didn’t flatter to deceive.

Having the capability to play all around the field and skill to build innings makes him the best option for the franchise to go with as a new overseas captain. He has a good game sense which allows him to play his innings accordingly.
