Matthew Hayden had hit 18 sixes on his way to 600 plus runs in the 2007 World Cup. Hayden also hit 3 centuries with 158 against the West Indies being his highest. The big and strong built helped Hayden to hit the ball through the line with strong forearms and a heavy bat providing the power to the ball. He was one of the primary reasons, Australia carried on their winning streak from the 2003 World Cup and won every match including the championship in the 2007.
