Sabbir Rahman invites a fresh trouble in a special chat session
This is the second time in the current year that the cricketer was involved in a blundering incident off the field.
Bangladeshi cricketer Sabbir Rahman has landed himself once again in the reckoning of some harsh criticism among the cricket fans. In a recent visual, the middle order batsman was seen interacting with girls during a chat session at night. The controversial moment occurred between the Sri Lanka and Bangladesh series and the fans never hesitated a bit to reveal their disappointment towards the controversy.
Fans not happy with Sabbir’s behaviour on and off the field
Sabbir has also suffered a considerable downfall in his game as seen in the recent matches as he already has three single-digit scores in the recent series against the Lankans. And after this controversial chat incident with a number of girls, fans have started striking questions on his professional attitude towards the game and also regarding his spot in the current national team.
The people also took a dig on the social media platform where Sabbir is quite popular these days. They are also very much concerned about the negative effects which this incident would be having upon the Bangladesh Cricket team in the coming future.
“If he always get busy with the social media, how could he play well in the field or how his professional attitude came through in the field?” said a fan in a conversation with the DBC Channel as quoted by bdcrictime.
“The way Sabbir behaves these days could inflict very bad influence upon our team in the future,” added another fan revealing his disappointment on the recent incident.
Aggressive behaviour with a fan
This is also the second time in the current year that the cricketer was involved in a blundering incident off the field. Earlier on January 1, 2018, he was handed a six-month ban from domestic cricket and was also stripped of the national team contract. He was penalized by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for behaving in an aggressive manner with a fan during a first-class game in the sub-continent nation. Sabbir walked off the field and started assaulting a fan who was continuously irritating him.
