5th in the list of the top 5 longest test innings in the last decade in terms of balls is Alastair Cook’s innings of 294 against India, during the 3rd Test of the Pataudi Trophy, 2011 consumed 545 balls and he stayed 773 minutes at the crease. England went on to score 710 runs in the match as England won by an innings and 242 runs.
