Let's take a look at the highlights from the match:

1. Ravindra Jadeja spins a web around KKR batters

After losing their opener Philip Salt on the first ball of the match itself, KKR made a good comeback in the powerplay with a 56-run stand between Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Sunil Narine. Sensing another onslaught from the KKR batting powerhouse, captain Ruturaj Gaikwad brought Ravindra Jadeja into the attack and the left-arm spinner delivered immediately. He first got rid of Raghuvanshi off his very first ball and four balls later got the big wicket of Sunil Narine getting him caught at long off.

Jadeja further dismissed a struggling Venkatesh Iyer in his second over who holed out to deep mid-wicket. The left-arm spinner just gave away 18 runs in his four overs picking three wickets in the process.

2. Tushar Deshpande keeps a check on the run flow with regular strikes

The right-arm seamer got CSK off to a brilliant start dismissing Philip Salt on the very first ball of the game. He further returned in the 17th over to get rid of the dangerous Rinku Singh (9 off 14) who chopped one back onto his stumps. Deshpande got the biggest scalp of Andre Russell (10 off 10) who holed out to long on. The 28-year-old finished with figures of 3/33 in four overs.
