Let's take a look at the highlights from the match:

1. Virat Kohli continues his brilliant form

After scoring a match-winning 77 against Punjab Kings, the star batter continued his brilliant form and played another marvellous knock of 83* (59) with the help of four fours and four sixes. During his knock, Kohli also registered the most sixes hit by an RCB batter and became the Orange Cap holder of the season with 181 runs to his name from three innings.

2. Sunil Narine comes out all guns blazing in the chase

The all-rounder has been once again promoted up the order by the team management under the mentorship of former KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir who first sent him up the order in 2017. The southpaw accepted the opportunity with both hands and made full use of the powerplay by smashing RCB bowlers all over the park. Narine scored a quick-fire 47 (22) with the help of two fours and five sixes to bring his side in the driver’s seat during the chase.
