Arhhan Singh's mother lashes out at Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma for their 'Publicity Stunt'

Anushka Sharma schooled Arhhan Singh on Saturday for throwing the garbage on the road even as her husband Virat Kohli shot the video and shared it on the social media platforms. Many felt that the step taken by the Bollywood Diva was correct, the way she spoke to him was not at all correct. Moreover, Kohli also was at the receiving end on social media for making the video viral which has not at all gone down well with the mother of Arhhan Singh, Gittanjali Elizabeth Mordecai.

The likes of Kevin Pietersen and Karan Johar lauded the efforts of Kohli and Anushka by calling them the role models even as some of their fans were also in their awe for spreading the awareness. But the Indian captain attracted the ire of his fans who didn’t like the way the man in the question was portrayed in the video. A lot has been already said about the incident and it remains to be seen if the couple comes out with a clarification over the same.

Arhhan’s clarifications

Earlier in the day, Arhhan Singh came up with a detailed explanation about the incident and admitted his mistake about littering on the road. But he didn’t forget to thrash Anushka for not being polite with him. He felt that she could’ve told him the same in a proper manner as well. Arhhan also went on to question the ‘Trashy’ mind of Virat Kohli for shooting the video and making it viral.

Gittanjali has come down hard at the celebrity couple and termed their move as a fake and cheap publicity stunt. She also went on to say that they have shamed her son by not blurring his face while posting his video and is now worried about his safety.
