Danielle Wyatt made headlines when she asked Indian skipper, Virat Kohli to marry her on the public platform, Twitter. Ever since Wyatt has become a household name for her cricketing skills and personality. In a recent interaction with her Twitter fan following, Wyatt revealed her favourite ground to play on in the world.

A top-order batter for England, Wyatt is often viewed as a valuable asset for England with her explosive batting skills. Her specialty is considered to be in T20s, where she has 870 runs off 78 matches to her credit. Her right-arm off-break bowling comes in pretty handy for her side as well as she has 46 wickets in T20s. In ODIs, the talented cricketer has scored 602 runs and scalped 27 wickets in 53 matches.

Danielle Wyatt shares her favourite ground with Kohli

In a recent Twitter interaction with her fans, Wyatt went on to reveal her favourite ground in the world. The talented cricketer had posted a picturesque snap of the stadium in Nagpur, captioning it as “Wow, what a ground this is #Nagpur.” To this, one of her fans enquired of her favourite ground in the entire world and she replied saying it was the Adelaide, Oval. Twitterati immediately picked up her response and fished out the interesting coincidence that it had with Kohli. In previous interviews, Kohli has revealed his favourite ground to be Adelaide, Oval as well.

Back in 2014, Wyatt had stirred up a storm when she’d proposed of sorts to Kohli on Twitter after being spellbound by his knock against South Africa in T20 World Cup, 2014. Later that year, she was gifted with a bat from Kohli during a warm-up game between India and England in Derbyshire. Very recently, Wyatt put that treasured bat into use when she flew down to India for a T20 Tri-series with India and Australia. Playing against India in Mumbai earlier this year in March, Wyatt scored a wonderful knock worth 124 runs that helped her team win the match by 7 wickets.
