Due to the lockdown across the world, there are very little sports which are going on at this moment. This has been the time when players have been confined to stay home. During this time, players have answered several questions related to cricket for their fans.

On Monday, ESPNCricinfo released a video in which Dwayne Bravo was faced with some cricket questions. In an episode of the show, “25 questions”, the West Indian all-rounder answered many questions. One of those questions, which was asked to him was “who do you think will be the first to make a T20 double century?”

Without thinking too much, the all-rounder pinpointed at Rohit Sharma. The Indian batsman has scored three double centuries in ODIs. He is the only player with multiple double tons in ODI cricket. In fact, he has the most number of centuries in T20Is as well. Earlier, Sharma himself had said that he thought he could have gotten to a double century during his fastest T20I hundred knock against Sri Lanka in Indore in 2017. He had scored 118 runs off just 42 balls in that match.

“Murali Vijay thinks he is Jamaican”: Bravo

Coming back to Bravo’s question and answer session, the host further asked, “Which three batsmen will comprise your dream hat-trick?”

This time, the all-rounder went with the top three T20 batsmen in the world. He chose the Indian captain Virat Kohli, the ex-South African skipper AB de Villiers and the West Indian captain Kieron Pollard. For those of you might know, Pollard and Bravo are really good friends off the field. The duo plays for the same domestic team in the Caribbean. In fact, it was Bravo who had recommended Pollard’s name to Mumbai Indians way back in 2009.

However, Pollard became a part of Mumbai Indians in 2010 and Bravo moved to Chennai Super Kings the following season. During the interview, the Trinidadian cricketer was asked, “which CSK teammate of yours has the Caribbean?”

To this, the 36-year-old said, “Murali Vijay. Actually Vijay thinks he is a Jamaican”, the all-rounder said before bursting out with laughter. Since 2011, the West Indian has been a regular member of the CSK team. He had only played two seasons at Gujarat Lions when CSK was banned from the cash-rich league. Vijay, on the other hand, had been a member of the CSK team from 2009 till 2013 before moving back to the franchise in 2018. He has since been a part of the side.
