Women's T20 World Cup 2024 Points Table

The ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 is just a month away, with 10 participating teams looking to put on a great show and hoping to clinch the coveted title. The ninth edition of the prestigious tournament is scheduled to take place from October 03 to October 20 and will be hosted by UAE. It is worth noting that the event was earlier scheduled to take place in Bangladesh but due the political turmoil in the country, the ICC had to shift the tournament to another country.

 The Women's T20 World Cup could see many brilliant performances that could leave the bowlers without any answers and many batters will look to have their name on another desirable feat.

A total of 23 matches will be played in the nation across two different venues, Dubai International Cricket Stadium and the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Meanwhile, the summit clash is slated to be held on October 20 in Dubai.

The 10 teams have been divided into two groups of five, with the top two teams from each group proceeding to the semi-finals, and fighting for a spot for the grand finale. Australia women will be coming into the tournament as the defending champions and the side will be keen on defending their title. Interestingly out of the eight editions played so far, the Aussies have got their hands on the prestigious title six times. England and West Indies are the other two nations that have managed to secure the championship.

With new combinations and a mix of youth and experienced players on each side, it will be interesting to see which players make it to the list of favourable records, and the fans will be quite excited to see the power-packed action.
