MS Dhoni, the former Indian skipper is rated as one of the finest captains in the history of international cricket. He is the only skipper to win T20 World Cup, 50-over World Cup and Champions Trophy. Also, he holds several records in batting and wicketkeeping as well. Interestingly, he also had a strong connection with government jobs in his life.

Before making an international debut, he used to work as a ticket collector at Kharagpur Railway Station. However, he left his job to focus on cricket. Soon, he was picked by the national selectors for Team India and the rest is history.

In 2011, Team India won the 50-over World Cup after a span of 28 long years under his captaincy on the back of his heroic knock against Sri Lanka in the final at Wankhede Stadium. Afterwards, he was conferred with the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the Indian territorial army in the same year.
