3. Rashid Khan – Quetta Gladiators
The Afghan leggie is on his way to be called a fifer-machine. He had an excellent outing in the recently concluded BBL where he was leading the wickets chart for a while with 18 wickets in 11 innings with a miserly economy of 5.65 and best figures of 3/20 for the Adelaide Strikers, leaving everyone all the more impressed.
He was retained by the Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL for a whopping 9 crores so that speaks volumes. He is successfully making some of the best batsmen fall prey to his sharp leg-spin and deceptive googlies all across the globe. So, expect batsmen who struggle against spin to become Rashid’s bunnies in the PSL where he will be playing for Quetta Gladiators.
