England

Stokes is that rare thing in English cricket: a true allrounder, and what is more a pugnacious as well as talented one, naturally combative, not cowed by confrontation. He recently played one of the great attacking Test innings against South Africa. Stokes scored the second fastest double century in Test history which was an utter joy to watch and those fans that were at Newlands to see it, must have been enriched by the experience. He hasn’t yet fired with the bat in India, however, is capable of making a huge impact on his day. He has bowled well for England in crunch situations and Morgan will want a big all-round performance from him.
