During India’s tour of England in 2018, Anushka Sharma was involved in a huge controversy. The Indian team, along with the support staff, visited the High Commissioner of India in London. However, Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka also tagged along and was seen with the team.

Moreover, Anushka posing in the first row along with her husband and Test vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane standing somewhere behind wasn’t liked by many. They lashed out at the power couple for doing this and some also claimed that this was a ‘team visit’ and not a ‘family visit’. Rohit Sharma, who wasn’t a part of the squad for that tour, puzzled one and all by liking a mystic tweet.

Rohit liked this post creating another major controversy. Following it up, he liked another tweet which read: “Rohit Sharma averages 58.19, batting at no 6 in tests. That is more than any batsman playing currently in the world”.
