A video featuring a kid batting with a stump goes viral on social media

Cricket is a popular sport across the globe and is loved by people of every age group. Also, there is no dearth of cricket talent in the world, and often the clips of the people showing their extraordinary talent go viral on social media. Currently, a video has attracted the attention of many cricket fans and is widely being circulated on social media.

In the viral video, a kid of around five or six years can be seen hitting the ball all over the park like a pro. But it wasn’t the astounding shots played by the kid that became the focal point of discussion in the cricket fraternity. What amazed many cricket enthusiasts is the fact that the small child made some eye-pleasing shots including drives, sweeps, ramps, scoop, and flicks with a stump.

Instead of the bat, the boy played the game of cricket with a single stump in his hand and managed to impress with his attractive strokeplay. The kid is seen practicing on a cement surface, which gives him the opportunity to use the bounce from the surface and play his shots.

Giving a hilarious touch, a few netizens suggested that the ball is hitting the middle stump every time as the child is playing with it. While some also started speculating regarding how the kid will perform in different playing conditions across the globe.

The Grade Cricketer manages to put Daniel Christian in trouble

A few days back, The Grade Cricketer Podcast managed to steal all the limelight as it was reported that Daniel Christian has been issued a warning by the franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for appearing on the podcast and revealing some details regarding the team and skipper Virat Kohli.

Christian was present with the RCB squad during the now-postponed 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) when he made an appearance on the show. In the show, the Australian all-rounder revealed that Virat Kohli attends only half of the team meetings.
