Team Pakistan recently finished a very decent tour of Europe. They won the historic Test in Ireland and then managed to stun England in the Test series with an even scoreline of 1-1. The tour saw their young brigade step up to the big stage. Among the various young players who impressed on the tour was Imam-ul-Haq. The 22-year old had a brilliant start to his Test career with defining knocks in the Test against Ireland.
He looked very impressive in the series against England as well. He managed to silence all the critics who believed that he had earned his spot in the national side owing to the good old nepotism in the sport. While Imam-ul-Haq managed to bag the attention of the cricket world with his batting talent, he also managed to get the attention of a few people for his looks.
Imam, who has a very innocent face, got the attention from the Australian eves. During the second Test against England, Australia Women cricketer Alyssa Healy came up with a social media update citing a striking resemblance between Imam and Australia Women cricketer Nicole Bolton.
In her story, she cheekily wrote, “Bolts is that you?!!” She posted a picture of Imam-ul-Haq with her funny caption. Nicole Bolton is to give a response on the same and the reply of the Pakistani opener is also yet to arrive. For now, the fans are trying to judge if at all Healy’s comparison is worth a look. To some extent, Nicole and Imam do share a very common featured face.

Commenting on the cricketing numbers of the players involved in the social media exchange, Imam is new to international cricket with just 3 Tests to his name. Last year, he had made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka. On the other hand, Nicole Bolton has been around for almost half a decade now. She represents Australia Women across the three formats of the game. She is best known for her impressive ODI debut when she had scored 124 against England Women.
