Anushka Sharma expresses her joy on social media after getting the ‘good news’

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, popularly known as Virushka, have recently pledged ones troth in a destination wedding in Italy earlier this month. The couple decided to keep the wedding a low-key affair and kept everyone guessing before eventually tying the knot. After the wedding, wishes and blessing poured in from every nook and corner of the world for the newly-married couple.

They recently hosted a reception-party at Hotel Taj Diplomatic enclave in New Delhi on the 21st of December. Eminent personalities like Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, graced their presence at the event. After the wedding, honeymoon and reception party in the capital of India, Anushka has been blessed with another good news.

Forbes recently released the list of Forbes India Celebrity 100 and Mrs Kohli found a place on the list for the second time. The Bollywood actress’ clothing brand ‘Nush’ has also been recognized in the popular business magazine. Soon after, Anushka took to Twitter and shared her joy and delight with her fans.

Virat back to cricket

The jubilation doesn’t end here for the couple as on the 26th of December, they will host their second and last reception party in Mumbai. The event will be the last for Virat Kohli as he thereafter will be joining the national team for their tour of South Africa which starts on the 5th of January. Virat asked the BCCI for a break during the Sri Lanka tour and planned his wedding in the interim.

Rohit Sharma successfully led the Indian team in his absence and India were victorious in the limited-overs campaign. However, Kohli’s return to the squad is bound to boost and strengthen the Indian line-up. The skipper has been in the middle of a purple patch in international cricket and will be looking to carry forward his stupendous form to the African nation.
