Ashes 2021-22: 3rd Test, Day 2 Stats Review - James Anderson's record four-wicket haul, England batters' woes and more stats

There seems to be no end to England’s batting woes as the visitors finished day two with already four wickets down at the score of just 31. Earlier in the day, Marcus Harris finally came back into some form as he notched up his second-best score of 76 in Tests. The veteran England pacer James Anderson was the star as he bagged a four- wicket haul including crucial scalps of Steve Smith and half-centurion Harris.

Australia got bowled out for 267 taking a handy lead of 82 runs. While the hosts look well set for yet another big victory, England will have to bat really well to turn things around.
