Bangladesh and Afghanistan made it to the Super Fours round of the Asia Cup 2018 with big wins over Sri Lanka and will now face off against each other in an inconsequential Group B game. Afghanistan will be hoping to sort out their batting issues as they failed to accelerate towards the end of their innings after a solid performance by their top-order. Bangladesh, on the other hand, will be without Tamim Iqbal, who stands among the best ODI batsmen in the last 2-3 years.

All the key stats and numbers ahead of the final game of the Group Stages in Asia Cup 2018:

2-3 – Afghanistan’s win-loss record in the ODI format against Bangladesh. However, they ended up on the winning side the only time they played Bangladesh in the Asia Cup.
