Aussies are up for the babysitting challenge, says Matthew Hayden in a new promotional video for the series

After India thrashed Australia in their own backyard in Tests and ODIs in their recent tour, the Kangaroos are travelling this time. Both the teams will play two T20 Internationals and five ODIs as the tour gets underway from February 24. With the babysitting banter between Rishabh Pant and Tim Paine going viral, the official broadcaster Star Sports smartly used it to promote the upcoming series.

In the first promotional advertise, Virender Sehwag could be seen babysitting a lot of Australian kids and he also refers to the Tim Paine sledge in it. However, soon after its release, Matthew Hayden warned India to not take Australia lightly which also seemed to be a promotional tweet and it now makes sense. Star Sports has released a new promotional video for the series now with Hayden’s response to Sehwag.

This time, Virender Sehwag comes in the room to serve all the Australian kids a bottle of milk and also tries to instil fear in them with the name of Virat Kohli. Hilariously, one of the babies also makes a weird face after hearing Kohli’s name but suddenly someone throws the bottle of milk back which leaves Sehwag shocked. The baby also laughs in response.

When Sehwag sees around, Matthew Hayden comes out and with a cheeky smile, warns him and India again to not take the Aussies lightly. “Australia ko bachcha mat samajhna (which translates – Don’t presume the Aussies as kids),” Hayden says as the duo advertises the upcoming India-Australia series.

The contest will commence with the two teams fighting it out in a couple of T20Is before the focus shifts to the all-important ODI series from March 2. This will also mark the last bilateral series for India before the World Cup while Australia will face Pakistan in the UAE after this tour. It will be interesting to see who wins this series as the official broadcaster has started the banter again.
