Australia might come to play cricket in Pakistan in the next five years, believes Ben Cutting

Pakistan Cricket Board has finally managed to bring cricket back in the country. It is a big breakthrough for them as almost every country denied travelling their after tragic attack on Sri Lanka cricket team back in 2009. However, now it looks like the countries have moved on from the same. And, now Ben Cutting, who is currently playing for Quetta Gladiators, has said that in future Australia cricket team might come to Pakistan for playing cricketing series.

In last one year, Sri Lanka has travelled to Pakistan for playing ODI and T20I series followed by the tour of Bangladesh to the same country. It was never an easy task for PCB to make it happen as there were many obstacles in their way to make it realistically possible after what happened in 2009. Moreover, they have also successfully hosted Pakistan Super League 2020 for the first time in their country.

Ben Cutting opens on the possibility of Australia travelling to Pakistan

Even, many big names also travelled to take part in it like Ben Dunk, Shane Waston, Colin Ingram, Colin Munro, Ben Cutting, Jason Roy and many more. Also, the PCB has received appreciation from fans and cricketing fraternity over their success. Now, the day is not far when big teams like Australia, South Africa and England will travel to Pakistan for playing cricket. And, Ben Cutting, the Aussie international also feels the same.

Recently in an interview, Ben Cutting was questioned over the fact that if Australia will come to play cricket in Pakistan. In a reply, Cutting said that he is not the authorised person to say anything over it. But, there are chances that Australia might come to Men in Green country for a cricket banter.

“I am not the right person to say anything but Australia might come to play cricket in Pakistan in the next five years,” Ben Cutting said as quoted by Pak Passion.

At the moment Ben Cutting is playing for Quetta Gladiators in the fifth edition of Pakistan Super League. Moreover, he has produced some match-winning performances for his team. So far, he has muscled 146 runs and grabbed eight wickets.
