Australia once again chased down the total India had posted ahead of them. This time it was 296 and at half-way stage it looked par, considering how the wicket was playing the Indian bowlers started well but the Aussies openers were stable, and despite the fact that they lost more wickets than the previous couple of games; their batsmen didn’t panic. Glenn Maxwell was the star of the game for the Aussies; he played a knock full of strokes and never let pressure get to him. Though Maxwell got out on 96 but by that time Australia had already leveled scores and the win was just a formality.
Australia with that have won the 5-match series 3-0.

Here is the Australia v India 3rd ODI Live social feeds:
India squad:
Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, MS Dhoni, GM Singh, Ravindra Jadeja, Rishi Dhawan, Ishant Sharma, Barinder Sran, Umesh Yadav
Australia squad:
Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh, Steve Smith, George Bailey, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Marsh, Matthew Wade, James Faulkner, John Hastings, Kane Richardson, Scott Boland
Australian skipper, Steve Smith won the toss and decided to bowl first at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The Aussies went in with the squad they had already declared, Mitchell Marsh after taking rest for a game came back here to join the team while the rest of the squad remained the same.
India on the other hand, for the first time in the series have made a couple of changes in the team, spin bowling all-rounder Gurkeerat Singh Mann has replaced Manish Pandey, who probably didn’t give the team the finish they were looking for; another debutant is Rishi Dhawan who walks in for spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.
