Here are all the statistical highlights from Sydney Sixers’ 145-run win during the SIX vs REN match:

A record win for Sixers:

145 – The 145-run win of Sydney Sixers is now the largest in terms of runs in the BBL history surpassing the 112-run victory of Melbourne Stars in 2014-15 season also coming against the Melbourne Renegades. This is also the biggest T20 win in terms of runs on Australian soil surpassing the 134-run win of Australia during the last year’s Adelaide T20I against Sri Lanka.

145 – Sydney Sixers’ 145-run win is also the 2nd biggest in terms of runs for any team in a franchise-based T20 league. The highest is recorded by Mumbai Indians who defeated the Delhi Daredevils by a 146-run margin in the 2017 IPL.

Maiden 200+ total for Sixers:

205/4 – The total of 205/4 by Sydney Sixers is now their first-ever 200+ total in the Big Bash League. The previous highest BBL total by the Sixers was 191/7 in the 2016-17 season against the Brisbane Heat at the Gabba.

Renegades nearly break their own record:

60/10 – Melbourne Renegades’ total of 60 is now the 2nd lowest total in the history of Big Bash League. The lowest BBL total is recorded by Renegades only when they were bowled out for 57 against Melbourne Stars in the 2014-15 season.

10.4 – Melbourne Renegades’ innings lasted only 10.4 overs which is now the shortest completed innings in the history of BBL. Renegades broke their own record as they lasted 12.4 overs against Melbourne Stars in 2014-15 where they finished with only 57/10.

Philippe outscores Renegades:

3 – Josh Philippe became only the 3rd player to outscore the opposition in a BBL match. (Unaffected games) Ben Dunk scored 96 for the Hobart Hurricanes in the 2013-14 season game where the opposition Sydney Thunder bundled out for only 94 while Glenn Maxwell scored 82 for Melbourne Stars in the 2018-19 season in the match where the opponents Sydney Sixers made only 74.

95 – Josh Philippe’s 95-run knock during the SIX vs REN game is now the highest individual score in the BBL for Sydney Sixers. Philippe broke his own record which he created in the 2018-19 season with his unbeaten 86 against the Hobart Hurricanes.

Dwarshuis runs through Renegades:

4/13 – Ben Dwarshuis’ bowling figures of 4/13 during the SIX vs REN game are the 2nd best bowling figures by any player against Melbourne Renegades in the BBL. Alfonso Thomas took 4/8 in 3.1 overs he bowled for the Perth Scorchers in the 2012-13 season against the Renegades.

Steve O’Keefe ended with figures of 3/16 in the three overs he bowled during this match which are the joint-best bowling figures by a spinner against the Renegades.
