Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma to perform at the IPL opening ceremony: The Indian Premier League (IPL), the extravagant T20 league is just 4 days away from beginning its 8^th season; it has been a tradition to start and sign off the IPL with a touch of glamour. We have seen international celebrities and pop stars perform at the opening and closing ceremonies, list of Bollywood stars are always associated to it and if the report published by DNA is to be believed actress Anushka Sharma is all set to sparkle the IPL season 8 opening ceremony with her performance.

The event will be organized at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, though there is no official statement or confirmation received from the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB); reports of Anushka’s performance have sneaked out to the media. Cricketing world better knows the actress to be the girl friend of Indian vice-captain and RCB skipper Virat Kohli.

It is also learnt that she will be performing on a famous bollywood number at the opening ceremony and the CAB who is the host of the event being the home association of the defending champions KKR is also is talks with actors Varun Dhawan and Hrithik Roshan among other celebrities to star during the event.

There is also no official confirmation or denial reported from Anushka about the same.
