The babysitting banter between Tim Paine and Rishabh Pant that was initiated during the Test series doesn’t seem to end. Since Pant is not a part of the ODI squad, the Aussie captain asked him to babysit his kids during the third Test. These comments went viral ever since and grabbed a lot of attention.

There were many hilarious trolls and comments about the same. However, the best reaction came from Paine’s wife Bonnie when the two teams visited the Prime Minister’s residence in Sydney before the start of the fourth Test. The skipper’s wife posed for a picture with the Indian wicketkeeper. Also, the kids were with her and Pant was kind enough to hold one of them in his shoulders. After that, Bonnie put up an Instagram story with the same picture and wrote: ‘Best babysitter?’.

Rishabh Pant, are you free?

Just as it seemed as if this banter might have come to an end, Bonnie Paine was at it yet again. She posted another Instagram story where she was holding her baby. She wrote: ‘Trying to unpack with a needy baby.’

Furthermore, she also tagged Rishabh Pant in the story and asked him if he was free for a babysitting gig. ‘Wondering if @rishabhpant is free for a babysitting gig today,’ Bonnie added.

Apparently, Pant was rested rather than dropped from the ODI team according to MSK Prasad. The wicket-keeper will be back for the T20Is against Australia and is also an important part of the World Cup 2019. He was asked by the selectors to work on his finishing skills in the interim. Pant was the second highest run-scorer in the Test series with 350 runs in seven innings.
