But, Hasan wasn’t done yet. Coming into bat after his side had lost the crucial wicket of Anamul Haque for a second-ball duck, Hasan scored a whirlwind 29-ball 59- an innings which included just two fours but seven Brobdingnagian sixes, to spearhead what eventually turned out to be a successful run-chase for Dhaka Platoon.

The Warriors will now face Rajshahi Royals, who too have had a bit of a dip in form after starting the campaign with two back-to-back wins. Their winning streak was broken by Khulna Tigers and in particular, by Mushfiqur Rahim, who scored a 51-ball 96 to help his side overhaul the target of 190.
