The Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rise has not only become an overnight blockbuster but also become a trendsetter. Australian opener David Warner has been seen mimicking the Tollywood star on several occasions on Instagram and recently, even star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was also seen trying to get his Pushpa act right.

While renowned cricketers have become die-hard fans of the movie, a Bangladeshi cricketer, Nazmul Islam Apu, also tried his hands at mastering the art and for a change, he did not enact the Pushpa celebration on social media but instead, celebrated on the cricket field.

During a match between Fortune Barishal and Sylhet Sunrisers in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the bowler tempted the batter to take him to the cleaners and the latter succeeded in timing the ball well. However, the fielder showed great presence of mind and completed an excellent running catch at deep extra cover.

After his plan to deceive the batter worked, the bowler was seen celebrating the dismissal in typical Allu Arjun style. The celebration was from the Tollywood superstar’s latest movie Pushpa.

Reportedly, the Principal photography of the movie is originally scheduled for February 2022 and the filming will get underway two months later i.e. in April.Β  The sequel will kick off from where the prequel’s story had left.

What really stands out with Pushpa’s commercial success is that it enjoyed a splendid run despite clashing with Spider-Man: No Way Home upon its release last month and still continues to shatter the box office records over a month after its theatrical release.
