The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media & email marketing
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
  • Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients
  • Follow up on assigned accountsCollaborate with the team to achieve better results

Requirements

  • Research and generate leads for the sales team
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, order processing, and sales support activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service roles is preferred.
