iTECH, the world’s leading distribution company in the wireless sector, has released photos of its yacht cruise & party hosted in New York in honor of the cricket legends during the Cricket All Stars Tournament last month. The spectacular cruise around Manhattan was organized just ahead of the three T20 games between Sachin’s Blasters and Warne’s Warriors played in New York City, Houston and Los Angeles. The cruise was attended by all-time cricketing greats such as Brian Lara, Courtney Walsh, Shoaib Akhtar, Curtly Ambrose, Andrew Symonds, Glenn Mc Grath, Ricky Ponting, Mathew Hayden, Ajit Agarkar, Jacques Kallis, Jonty Rhodes, Shaun Pollock, Moin Khan, Saqlain Mushtaq, Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakarra, Graeme Swann, Muttiah Muralitharan, Carl Hooper, Allan Donald, Daniel Vettori, Simon Taufel (Umpire) & Alan Wilkins (Commentator).
Describing the grandeur of the cruise, Australia’s former opening batsman Matthew Hayden said, “I want to personally thank iTECH for providing the Hayden Family with such a unique and spectacular Yacht Cruise around NYC. On behalf of my wife Kellie and my children I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude to iTECH for this fun filled cruise during the inaugural All Stars USA tournament. I look forward to our association in the future.”
Considered to be one of the best umpires of all time, Simon Taufel, added, “We all loved the iTECH cruise. It was great to see the Manhattan lights from a different perspective. A cruise with the All Stars under the New York sky was a real privilege. You know it is a once in a lifetime experience when you see fireworks skyrocket above the iconic Statue of Liberty. I offer my heartfelt appreciation to iTECH and America”
Speaking about the star-studded cruise, iTECH President & CEO, Mr. Sonny Khurana, said, “I have always been an avid cricket fan. To see one of the world’s great cities in such fashion has left an indelible memory. The fireworks display over the Statue of Liberty was out of this world! iTECH had recently participated in the grand reception hosted for PM Narendra Modi during his last US visit, and also sponsored Haryana Chief Minister’s luncheon in Washington D.C. iTECH is now keenly planning to help organize and sponsor the largest Holi festival in the world, to be held in March 2016 in the United States.
