3. Kieron Pollard

Kieron Pollard hung up his boots after having a glorifying 12-year IPL career with Mumbai Indians (MI). Appearing for the franchise in 13 seasons in 12 years, Pollard played a significant role in making MI the best team in the league. With the bat, he did an excellent job as a finisher believing in his hard-hitting skills.

He was one of the important faces of the team due to his agility in fielding too. Before bidding adieu to his scintillating league career, the 35-year-old Caribbean grabbed 103 catches in 189 games which makes him one of the most successful fielder of the IPL( in terms of catches taken). In the tournament, the former West Indies skipper also received the best catch of the season award twice.

First time in a 2014 match against Rajasthan Royals, he showed the presence of mind and astounded everyone by taking a breathtaking stunner at the long-on to dismiss Kevon Cooper. The second time, he won the same award in 2019 for grabbing a stunning catch at the point region against CSK in match number 15 to send Suresh Raina back to the pavilion.
