Captain Shai Hope was able to manage just a score of 12, falling prey to Kuldeep Yadav, and will be looking to make amends and lead his side from the front. He will also be taking the gloves for his side. Amir Jangoo took over West Indies' back-end overs, finishing unbeaten on 58 off 43 balls.

Roston Chase and Jewel Andrew complete the middle-order contingent, with Andrew offering depth to the batting lineup. Chase provides all-round capability, balancing the side between batting and bowling resources. He also took the wicket of Shubman Gill, but it was too little, too late to salvage the game.
