Following more than two weeks of the World Cup 2023, let's have a look at the ratings of some best fielders.
1. Matt Henry- 9/10
Matt Henry has been decent with the ball for New Zealand in this World Cup. Along with the ball, he grabbed five catches in four games and showcased his efficiency as a fielder as well. In the inaugural match against England, he bagged a three-wicket haul and guided his side to a convincing nine-wicket victory. The paceman also took the important catch of Liam Livingstone.
Henry showed his fierce side against the Netherlands in Hyderabad. This time, he clinched another three-wicket haul. Fielding at the backward point, the 31-year-old also assisted Mitchell Santner in sending Colin Ackermann and Roelof van der Merwe back to the dugout.
The Black Caps trounced the Bangla side by eight wickets at the MA Chidambaram Stadium and Henry contributed to his team’s one-side win with two wickets and two catches. Fielding at the backward fine leg, he took a fine catch to get rid of Mehidy Hasan on Lockie Ferguson's bowling.
