2. Ishan Kishan (India)
Ishan Kishan finished second on the run-scoring charts with 100 runs in two innings at an average of 100.00. The left-handed wicketkeeper-batter from Patna, Bihar, born July 18, 1998, was sent in at No. 5 in the semi-final against Sri Lanka, a departure from his usual position of No. 3. He responded with an unbeaten 80 off 46 balls as India posted 169/7 and then dismissed Sri Lanka for just 45, winning by 124 runs. In the final, Kishan added 20 before being dismissed as Pakistan's bowlers fought back. He would be very pleased with his contribution, especially under tough batting conditions in the semi-final.
