The incident took place in the ninth over of Saurashtra's innings when Jackson was at the crease and some of his mannerisms did not go down well with the veteran Baroda player. Rayudu was seemingly unhappy with the Saurashtra batter who took his own time to face the deliveries.

Rayudu could not get a score on the sheet for his side as he was dismissed for a duck by Saurashtra captain Jaydev Unadkat.

Unadkat-led Saurashtra emerged victorious in the final over of the match thanks to a sensational knock from Samarth Vyas. That batter registered 97 runs along with Jay Gohil’s 17* that took them past the finishing line.
