Munsey's full availability stems from a gap in Scotland's international calendar between May and August. This rare window has allowed him to deliver consistently for Nottinghamshire's push toward Finals Day. The opening batter has emerged as a standout contributor, hitting five half-centuries across 12 group-stage matches, the most by any player in the competition, and leading the Outlaws' run-scoring this season. The Scottish batter's straightforward approach reflects his philosophy across all formats and franchises worldwide. Yet his priority remains clear.

"I just turn up and try to win every game. I play for Scotland, that's my contract, I play for them first and foremost, and when I'm free, I'm allowed to play franchise cricket. So this has been the first time in quite some time where we've not had fixtures and I've been available for a full stint," Munsey said as quoted by ESPN.
