After a remarkable six-wicket win in the truncated second game, it all comes down to the series-deciding third T20I at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad where both India and Australia would be looking to sign off with a victory.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma called it right at the toss and he decided to bowl first. However, there was only one concern in India's squad and that happened to be the absence of batting all-rounder Deepak Hooda. Though he didn't play in the series so far, an injury to him makes things a bit worrisome for India ahead of the T20 World Cup.

As for the only change in the India's playing XI, Rishabh Pant made way for veteran Bhuvneshwar Kumar who was benched in the 8-over truncated second T20I. Hooda's injury news was confirmed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on their official Twitter handle.

India look to win the series

Coming back to the contest, the Men in Blue would be hoping to showcase a clinical performance and continue their unbeaten run in the bilateral T20I series since the conclusion of last year's T20 World Cup in the UAE. Another thing that India would be looking forward to addessing will be the death bowling woes that have affected them throughout this month.

Harshal Patel would be hoping to be effective at the death after being taken to the cleaners in the last two games by the middle-order sensation Matthew Wade and the medium-pacer would be hoping to make amends starting the Hyderabad T20I as he gears up for the T20 World Cup down under.

Meanwhile, pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah would looking to get his line and lengths right and bamboozle the opposition batters with his picture-perfect and unplayable yorkers.
