India Women vs Australia Women, 1st T20I: Where to Watch on TV, online, live streaming details

Australia women have jetted off to the land of India as they lock horns with Harmanpreet Kaur-led team India. The two heavyweights will collide in a five-match T20I series scheduled to commence on December 9, Friday.

With Meg Lanning missing out as she has taken an indefinite break from the sport, the Australian side will be led by Alyssa Healy. Speaking about their head-to-head records, India have contested in 25 fixtures against the Aussies and have only managed to win on six occasions. On the other hand, Australia have won the duel 18 times with one match yielding no result.

The five T20Is will be a great warm up for the forthcoming T20 World Cup held next year in 2023 and both sides will ramp up their preparations for the event. The first three matches will be played at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai whereas Brabourne Stadium will host the remaining two fixtures. Since winning the Gold in the Commonwealth Games, Australia will play their first series with a terrific side and are also the first Ausralian side to play at the D.Y. Patil Stadium. 

India will be aiming to overcome their failures against the Aussies and get back to winning ways. Furthermore, striking the right balance ahead of the marquee event will be on the minds of both the sides. As an exciting clash awaits, it remains to be seen what transpires.
