Solanki spoke about the team's preparations and the importance of the camp.

"The TATA IPL 2023 is less than two months away and this camp was ideal to kick start our preparations. It was a great opportunity to get some of our players together and spend some valuable time training for the upcoming season," Solanki told the media.

Hardik Pandya, the current Gujarat Titans captain was a key part of the squad and one of the main reasons behind the franchise winning their maiden IPL title in their debut season.
