Gujarat Titans (GT) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) squared off in Indian Premier League 2024 Match 17 on Thursday at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium. PBKS won the toss and elected to bowl first, with Kagiso Rabada taking 2, 1, and 1 wickets, respectively, followed by Harpreet Brar and Harshal Patel. Titans scored 199/4 in the 20 overs that they were given.
Punjab Kings' skipper Shikhar Dhawan got out for just 1 run on Umesh Yadav's first delivery. Shashank Singh's and Ashutosh Sharma's 61 and 31 respectively helped PBKS to chase a target of 200 runs and beat the confident Gujarat Titans by 3 wickets.
