Following his exceptional showing against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), where he clinched his second consecutive Player of the Match award, Yadav remains resolute in his quest for personal excellence and team success.

Expressing his ambitions to represent India at the international level, Yadav stressed that his journey is just beginning, with his ultimate goal firmly in sight.
Recalling his standout moment in the recent clash with RCB, Yadav pinpointed the dismissal of Cameron Green as his favorite wicket, underscoring the intricate demands of bowling at blistering speeds. He highlighted the significance of a disciplined lifestyle, encompassing elements such as diet, rest, and training, essential for excelling in the art of fast bowling.
"I feel very good, winning two POTM awards, but I am happier that we won both the matches. My aim is to play for India as much as possible. So I feel this is just the start and my main goal is what I am focussed on. [Favourite wicket?] Cameron Green's. I think to bowl at this speed, a lot of things are important. Diet, sleep, training. If you bowl fast, you have to be perfect in a lot of things. So right now I focus a lot on my diet and recovery," Mayank Yadav said after winning the Man of the Match against RCB, as quoted by India Today.
