Video of Rohit's 'What should I say?' reply on being asked about Sachin's statue goes viral

Rohit Sharma did a presser ahead of the India vs Sri Lanka ODI World Cup game. Towards the end of the press conference, the Indian captain was asked if he saw the statue of Sachin Tendulkar that was unveiled at the Wankhede Stadium on November 1st. 

Answering the question Rohit in his usual style said, "Yes, we saw it when we came to practice, but couldn't see from close by. Our practice was also delayed by the media manager (laughs). But yeah, we will get to see it closely later. I haven't yet see what shot is that."

He continued, "What more can I say, they have made a statue of straight lofted shot. It's nice, I hope you guys enjoyed it, we saw the statue, it's fantastic."

High-flying India take on struggling Sri Lanka

India are all set to take on Sri Lanka on November 2nd at the Wankhede Stadium. The Men in Blue will be looking to get the seventh win of the tournament. The Men in Blue have thwarted challenges from 6 teams so far in the tournament, always coming out on the winning side. 

Rohit Sharma-led side will be taking on Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium on November 2nd. Sri Lanka have been struggling with under-par performance in the tournament and as a result liger at the bottom half of the table. With just two wins in six matches, Sri Lanka sit seventh on the points table. Their chances of semi-final qualification are very slim. 

India on the other hand are flying high at the top of the table with 12 points from six matches. Having won matches with large margins, India has a healthy net run rate of +1.405. Despite Hardik Pandya's injury, India look set to face any challenge in the tournament. Mohammed Shami has taken 9 wickets in two matches so far, showcasing India's brilliant depth in the squad.
