India will be aiming to whitewash Australia in the final ODI of the series in Rajkot on September 27, Wednesday. While achieving the victory, India will bag a rare feat and will be high on confidence ahead of the impending ODI World Cup.

Talking of the game, India spinner Amit Mishra stated that stylish batter Suryakumar Yadav might not get a chance to flaunt his class in the final ODI. Mishra further added that India should go with a combination of five main bowlers, including three pacers and two spinners.

In a conversation on JioCinema, India spinner Amit Mishra felt Suryakumar Yadav may not get a chance to play in the third ODI. “If I go by his form, he should get a game, but I doubt he will get an opportunity so soon. Yes, he is scoring well now, and hence he is being discussed but before that, he didn't have a great run in ODIs. But you need to remember that the eleven who were playing in the Asia Cup did well too. If they fail, then Surya will get a chance.”

Mishra also spoke about whether Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Mohammad Shami should play together. “Definitely. I have always believed that there should be five main bowlers including two spinners. Among them, Jadeja can bat and Hardik can bowl. So, I don't think there should be a big debate around it. India should go with five bowlers - three fast bowlers, two spinners, and Hardik Pandya.”

It remains to be seen who all will be making it to the XI in the final clash against Australia as India skipper Rohit Sharma confirmed that the home side has been hit by viral sickness. Due to the same, several players won't be available for the Rajkot show. On the other hand, Australia would be aiming to salvage some pride in the final ODI of the series.
