Pakistan (PAK) and South Africa (SA) will face off in the 26th Match of Ongoing World Cup 2023 on Friday, October 27, 2023, at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai 

Pakistan enter the contest after three consecutive losses against India, Australia, and Afghanistan. In their previous match against Afghanistan, Abdullah Shafique (58) and Babar Azam (74) helped Pakistan post a total of 282/7 in 50 overs. In response, Gerald Coetzee took three wickets, while Marco Jansen, Lizaad Williams, and Kagiso Rabada picked up two wickets each to help South Africa win the match convincingly. South Africa have now played four of their five matches and are placed second in the points table with a net run rate of 2.370.
