Cricketing trends in Twitter was buzzing with activities from cricketers around the world. The new year’s celebration had already begun in Australia as various cricketers like Jason Holder, David Warner, Shane Warne, Matthew Hayden, Darren Sammy and Mitchell Johnson wished their fans on the special occasion. Simon Hughes remembered the old ‘aggressive’ South African team. Rilee Rossouw was out on a trip with his wife and daughter. Ed Cowan was happy after stumbling upon an old iPod which refreshed his old memories.
Stuart Broad, Steve Finn and Chris Woakes were en route to Cape Town for the second Test whereas the colorful Chris Gayle was fully ready for the New Years celebration. Ravi Bopara was all set for the shoot in the Big Bash League studios. Kevin and Niall O’Brien challenged each other for a game of Cricket while Adam Gilchrist shared a vintage picture of two legends, Sir Gary Sobers and Muhammad Ali.
