Cricketing trends in twitter today saw tweets coming in from all parts of the world. It was a sad start to the day after it was understood that former Australian fast bowler Max Walker has passed away.

He died overnight following a two-year battle with cancer The entire cricketing fraternity mourned the death of the cheerful gentleman who made a reputation for himself not just only as a cricketer but also as an Australian Rules footballer and an architect.

Former and present cricketers Jason Gillespie, Darren Lehmann, Peter Siddle, Ian Botham, David Warner and Steven Smith offered condolences to the former cricketer fondly known as ‘Tangles.’

Virat Kohli shared a workout picture while Suresh Raina cheered for the team India ahead of the Kabaddi World Cup. Harbhajan Singh was with his wife Geeta Basra. Amit Mishra, Yuvraj Singh, Virender Sehwag, and others offered tribute to the legend Bhagat Singh on his 106th birthday.
