Cricketing trends in Twitter today saw tweets coming in from all parts of the world. The twitter world had no special birthday’s to celebrate like it has on most of days. So, it was quite a normal day for all the cricketing personalities.

In Mumbai, India and England played the second day of the ongoing 4th Test at the Wankhede Stadium. However, injured Stuart Broad, who is currently sitting in the dressing room nursing an injury, was craving for some roasted Turkey. Mohammad Shami, another injured fast bowler, however, was glued to his television screen enjoying his teammates Ravindra Jadeja and Ravi Ashwin’s fabulous bowling.

Mohammad Azharuddin, the former India skipper, shared a throwback picture together with Sonia Gandhi. It was the Indian national Congress’ president’s 70th birthday. Chris Gayle, as usual, was in his party-loving mood and shared a wonderful picture with his followers.

For young Haseeb Hameed, it was a day to remember as he met English legend Geoffrey Boycott. The meeting was very special as the 19-year-old teenager has drawn a lot of comparisons with the legend, earning the nickname of being the ‘Baby Boycott’ for his stubborn batting style. David Warner, who smashed a match-winning ton, was also in a great mood while Adam Gilchrist was roaming around Sydney and enjoying the scenes.
