The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number events. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan hinted at being father of his second child. He uploaded a cheeky picture of his daughter Alaina to make the revelation. In the pic, she was seen, holding a shit with ‘Welcome Home’ written on it. The 33-year-old was recently in the United States (US), spending time in self-isolation. On March 24, he also celebrated his birthday without his family. Mushfiqur Rahim, the Tigers’ keeper, posted three pictures where he was seen, working hard to keep himself fit and healthy.
Smriti Mandhana, the India women’s cricketer, had no option, but to follow the instructions of social distancing. Mithali Raj shared a Throwback Thursday picture where her childhood picture was also there. Aaron Finch, the Australia limited-overs skipper, was over the moon after getting to celebrate his wedding anniversary with wife Amy. Sourav Ganguly, the BCCI president, reckoned that one can also enjoy life to the fullest being in their 40s by playing smart.
Hanuma Vihari, who has made a name for India playing Test cricket, posted a picture along with family. Mohammad Kaif was happy after Star Sports broadcasted the match between India and Pakistan in the 2003 World Cup. Manoj Tiwary felt that every team in the Indian Premier League (IPL) should have a domestic talent in their ranks.
