The cricketing trends on the social media revolved around the birthday of the charismatic personality in MS Dhoni and England’s match versus Sweden in the Quarter Final of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The cricketing fraternity showered Dhoni with accolades on the auspicious occasion. Virat Kohli uploaded a picture along with wife Anushka Sharma and the former Indian captain. Ajinkya Rahane feels proud to have shared the dressing room with Dhoni.
Dhoni, himself, posted a video, where the team members were seen smearing cake on his face. Mithali Raj, the legendary Indian women’s cricketer, also wished the Jharkhand-born cricketer. In football, England beat Sweden and qualified for the semi-final. Nick Compton is happy for England’s victory while Paul Collingwood reckons that the Three Lions will lift the Championship.
